Virtual-first Organisation
To support this, we are a virtual-first organisation so that we can work with a broader base of experienced people. It means that we can often work around the clock on projects because we are not bound by the timezone of a single country. It also means that we can bring in exactly the right amount of insight or experience base that we need, keeping costs down for the client. Where clients require it, we will always travel to engage face to face, anywhere in the world, but we believe the beauty of our structure means that we remain agile, sustainable, diverse, cutting edge and efficient.
